OEA State Association Section

The OEA is a 501(c)8 fraternal organization established to promote and preserve Elkdom in the state of Oklahoma.

 

State Officers include the State President, State President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, (4) District Vice-Presidents, Chaplain, Sergeant-at-Arms, Inner Guard and Tiler.

Oklahoma is divided into 4 districts - Northeast, Northwest, Southeast and Southwest, with each district having its own Vice-President.

 

District Conventions are held on an annual basis between January and March.

 

The State Convention is held typically around the 3rd week in April and Fall Workshops (mid-year) are typically held the first week in September.
